Location
Georgetown College is located in the heart of the scenic Bluegrass region in Georgetown, Kentucky just 12 miles north of Lexington, Kentucky. Georgetown is directly accessible from Interstate 75 and is only a few miles from Interstate 64. Bluegrass Field in nearby Lexington is the airport that services Georgetown as does the Lexington Greyhound station. Louisville, Kentucky is just 70 miles west from Georgetown while Cincinnati, Ohio is just 68 miles north. A detailed map and information on motels and things to do in this vacationland area for parents will accompany the confirmation letter to the camper upon receipt of application and deposit. Georgetown College is also the summer training headquarters for the Cincinnati Bengals of the NFL. “Blue-Chip” will be playing games in Georgetown College's recently built intramural complex and Alumni Gym.
Dates for 2010 High Potential® “Blue-Chip” Camps
• June 27-July 1 Junior Blue Chip Division (Both High School & Middle School Divisions)
• July 18-22 (Both High School & Middle School Boys Divisions)
Registration for both above camps is between noon and 5 p.m. on Sunday. Camp ends on Thursday at 3 p.m. for both camps.
