Exposure at "Blue-Chip" is unmatched. A camper is judged by his performance at "Blue-Chip" but that’s just the beginning. There is the opportunity to be featured in the recruiting publication, HIGH POTENTIAL® BASKETBALL during the season. Numerous college coaches attend "Blue-Chip" but it’s the camp report that separates "Blue-Chip" from other camps. This camp report includes every camper and is sent via Internet to every basketball playing college in the United States (over 2,000). It includes each player’s name, height, class, town-school-state, college caliber and evaluation.
Numerous "Blue-Chip" campers over the years have been selected to Sporting News High School All-American Teams. Clark Francis (The Hoop Scoop) has appeared at camp the past three summers and has covered "Blue-Chip" on his web site. Evan Daniels (scout.com), Kris Vance (Derek Smith All-Stars) and Matt Denison (hoosierhillshoops.com) were also observing players at last summer' camps.
Several coaches, nationwide, come to observe the talent each summer at "Blue-Chip". Some coaching legends who have appeared at "Blue-Chip" include former coaches, Denny Crum (Louisville), Joe Hall (Kentucky), Clem Haskins (Minnesota), John Chaney (Temple), and Eddie Sutton (Oklahoma State).
Major all-star game directors, Stan Hardin (Kentucky-Indiana All-Star Game) and Randy Ward (Ohio-Kentucky All-Star Game) will be in attendance for this coming summer.
